Cannington: Monday & Thursday, 1:00 pm – 4:15 pmFremantle: Tuesday & Thursday, 12:00 pm – 5:15 pmSouth Perth: Tuesday, 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm (additional shifts in the new year)Mandurah: Flexible shifts availableKey Responsibilities: As a Practice Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our client care team. Reporting to the Practice Lead, your responsibilities will include:
Providing a warm welcome and responsive support to patients and visitors.Efficiently managing the appointments schedule and booking systems.Performing front desk duties, including invoicing and booking follow-up appointments.Handling mail, scanning, data entry, and other administrative tasks.Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of office, waiting, and kitchen areas.What We're Looking For: Experience: Proven background in healthcare administration or similar reception roles. Experience with Coreplus software and NDIS processes is highly regarded.Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and other essential computing tools.Flexibility: The ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of the practice.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to resolving challenges in a timely manner.Team Player: Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.Attention to Detail: Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.Empathy: A caring and client-centred approach to all interactions.Why Choose Clear Health Psychology?
