Flexible hours totalling 20-30 hours per week (negotiable).What You'll Do:Collaborate with clients to develop effective digital marketing strategies and bring their ideas to life. You will then strategise and build campaigns inline with clients' objectives, brand & messagingLaunch paid ad campaignsManage paid advertisements across social media platforms, Google/YouTube, with experience on other paid platforms also advantageousUtilise your expertise to analyze data and present performance reports to clients, showcasing the impact of your strategies.Think creatively and constantly thinking about strategies to improve ad performanceWho You Are:Confident and experienced in digital performance marketing, with at least 3 years of full time experience managing paid ads on a variety of platforms.Proficient in managing ads across social media platforms, Google, and YouTube. Knowledge of other platforms is advantageous.Experience delivering reports and interpreting results in a way meaningful to clientsSkilled in data analysis and storytelling, able to present performance metrics effectively to clients.Proficient in the setup of goal tracking and good working knowledge of Google Analytics 4Solutions focussed with a strong work ethic and valuesImpeccable relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders+ Collaborative and Cooperative Nature (can-do attitude)A commitment to ongoing learning and professional developmentWho We Are:We are a full-service marketing agency founded in 2007, dedicated to providing innovative solutions to our clients nationally.
