Responsibilities Include: Welcoming clients and assisting with inquiries across phone, email, and social media.Scheduling and confirming appointments with precision and care.Engaging with our guests via email, telephone and social media.Coordinating staff schedules and managing inventory for smooth salon operations.Supporting sales initiatives and maintaining product knowledge.Assisting the management team with personal assistant tasks as needed. Who We're Looking For: This role is ideal for a hairdresser wanting a change or anyone with salon experience (not required but beneficial!).
