Part Time Financial Controller

Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a high-end builder.
They are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller looking to make an impact with a high-end building company.

Located in Braeside, our client specialises in luxury projects and is seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join their team on a part-time basis, 2 to 3 days a week.
This role will suit someone with a strong grasp of Premier software, an eye for detail, and the ability to provide strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial operations, including month-end and year-end close processes Prepare budgets, forecasts, and comprehensive financial reports Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies Collaborate with senior management to support business growth and profitability Maintain accurate records in Premier software, streamlining finance processes About You:
Proven experience as a Financial Controller, ideally in the construction or high-end building sector Proficient in Premier software (essential) Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and provide high-quality financial insights CA or CPA qualified (preferred) What's on Offer:
