In order to embed improvements within the organisation, you will guide teams through implementation, ensure effective and lasting knowledge and skill transfer, and will proactively iterate upon a network of solutions in close collaboration with your partners.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of analytical excellence and process improvement.
You are able to work independently and to initiate and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Your success will be measured on your ability to garner adoption of your solutions and to deliver tangible time savings for your partners.
You can negotiate pragmatic compromises in pursuit of consistency, while driving best practices across multiple geographies.
