About the Opportunity Based at any of our major regional centres (Dalby/Chinchilla/Miles/Tara or Wandoan), you will be responsible for providing a full range of administrative support and assistance to ensure the efficient and effective functionality, with an emphasis on customer service and administration.
This position is full time, fixed term until October 2025. You will:
provide efficient and courteous customer services to Council's customers;complete procurement and purchasing tasks;assist with administration tasks for the cemeteries and camping functions.About yourself The successful applicant will be:
a driven, well-organised self-starter with an interest in parks & recreation;able to meet deadlines whilst working independently, with limited supervision;highly developed computer skills including demonstrated experience with MS Office suite and electronic records management systems;proven ability in producing solutions to problems and resolving issues using analytical reasoning and experience.The benefits of working for WDRC: Work / life balance We understand the importance of balance. Leave Loading You will receive 17.5% leave loading on top of your base rate of pay while you are on Annual Leave.
