Parks Infrastructure Maintenance Team MemberApply now Job no: 494966Work type: Full timeLocation: Melbourne - Bayside & South Eastern SuburbsCategories: Trades and ServicesParks Infrastructure Maintenance Team MemberCitywide is recruiting for a Parks Infrastructure Team Member to work within our prestigious Mornington Open Space contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day review, maintenance and repair of park assets including paths, fencing, decking, park furniture, signage, pergolas, barbecues, drink fountains, fitness equipment, benches, and bollards.Duties of the role include but are not limited to:Maintenance, installation and repair of park assets.Safely use a range of vehicles, machinery, equipment and tools.Work as part of the infrastructure team to deliver contract requirements.Ensure work carried out is compliant with regulations, policies and procedures.Other duties as required.Skills & Qualifications required:Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.Trade certificate AQF Level 3 or equivalent.AHCPGD206 and AHCPGD306 desirable.Experience using tools and machinery.Able to demonstrate initiative and problem solving.Team orientated as well as able to work autonomously.Police Check Clearance.Victorian Employment Working with Children Check.First Aid Certificate.Traffic Management.Good verbal and written communication skills.In return we offer:The job security that comes with our list of long-term contracts.The chance to make an impact in a rapidly expanding company.The opportunity to further develop your skills in a strong, supportive environment.A workplace that focuses on safety first.A company with a culture of teamwork and respect.About CitywideCitywide is a company with a clear purpose and mission – we shape liveable cities for more than 14 million people in communities up and down Australia's eastern seaboard.
