We will provide training onsite to the successful candidate(s).
Managers must have a commercial mindset and a creative flare for local marketing and community engagement. You must be hands-on in regard to cleaning, housekeeping and grounds maintenance. Passionate about supporting NSW Parks in protection of the environment and culture whilst providing a world class guest experience.
Responsibilities include: Being accountable for all business operation and guest experienceBe hands-on and possess a positive can-do attitudeAbility to problem solve in a fast-paced environmentLead and supervise small teamsBe accountable for the financial outcomes of the businessAchievement of agreed KPI'sA strong Australian based support office and local management teams support our park managers on all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation, IT and HR so Park Managers can focus on delighting guests.
