A multifaceted role centred around enhancing the guest experience, you will utilise your business, stakeholder, and project management skills ensuring our beautiful asset is showcased and maintained to the satisfaction of our most important critic – our guests.Managing a workforce day to day, you will be a natural leader and have experience with resource planning, rostering, recruitment, and performance enhancement.Reporting to an Area Manager and being part of a regional team of Park Managers, full support is provided to you to achieve all of this with a sophisticated infrastructure of systems, processes, and people that are behind you 100% every day.
Training is second to none and ongoing, so you can be your best.ResponsibilitiesProvide high levels of customer service to all guests and residentsManagement of staff including roster preparation and performance management and recruitment of new staffFinance and resource management for consumables, grounds, and buildingsSupport construction and development teams with new cabins and refurbishment processesConducting weekly inspections of the siteCollection of outstanding payments from residentsAttend to emergency situations when requiredAbout YouWith a background in tourism, property, sales, or venue management, you should be passionate about the tourism industry and be able to demonstrate your experience with the following:Experience in managing similar assets, preferably Tourist/Caravan ParksCommercial awareness with knowing your competition and developing your businessPromoting and selling permanent sites when requiredOperational and project management skillsExperience using systems i.e.
