Joining us means being part of a mission to enrich lives, whether through beautifully designed homes, vibrant retirement communities, or family-friendly holiday destinations. Rooted in a family-owned legacy since 1992, the Hellings family built Park Lane on a foundation of exceptional service, quality, and attention to detail.
We operate holiday parks across Victoria, with accommodations and entertainment designed to "wow" families, as well as independent lifestyle communities where seniors feel at home. As we continue to grow, we're committed to empowering our team and supporting their professional development to deliver exceptional guest experiences every time. At Park Lane, we don't just welcome guests—we create moments they'll remember.
