About you: You are an experienced people leader in a customer focussed industry such as retail or hospitality.
You are used to dealing directly with your customers and very much believe in leading from the front.
You have led diverse teams and have a track record delivering commercial outcomes as well as positive experiences.
Further you will have: Experience monitoring, analysing and reporting on the performance of a location Experience developing and maintaining local business relationships Promoting a customer service culture and handling customer service complaints Experience identifying business development opportunities Understanding of relevant health, safety and environmental risks Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion with client families and employees Current unrestricted drivers licence About the role: As the Park and Garden Manager you will lead our Cemetery and Crematoria employees and work collaboratively across the business ensuring the delivery of objectives across Customer, Culture and Commercial dimensions.
Day to day you will be responsible for: Promoting a customer service culture, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded and monitor and respond to customer feedback Understanding the market, competitors and changing consumer needs to identify opportunities to grow market share Establishing and maintaining connections to community and business networking groups to grow awareness of our brands Delivering the target financial metrics including the delivery of quota and non quota revenues and capital expenses Planning and executing sales activity planning to deliver targeted revenue objectives Establishing necessary work routines to maintain excellent park presentation and maintain equipment and facilities within required standards Conducting ongoing reviews, inspections and audits to ensure company policies, procedures and legislative requirements are being met Benefits of joining InvoCare: You may not have considered this industry before, but we provide vital services to families that helps them to celebrate the lives of those they loved.
