About the role
Join our dynamic team at Perpetual Wealth Management! As a Team Leader, you will:
Assist the Senior Manager, National Paraplanning with the management of the National Paraplanning team to deliver effective and consistent support to Senior Advisers, Trust Managers and their clientsProvide leadership, coaching & onboarding support & assist with workflow allocation as neededCollaborate with Advisers, Partners, Associate Advisers & other in-house specialists to formulate advice & investment strategies that provide optimal client outcomesGenerate tailored advice documents (SOAs and ROAs) within agreed time frames & service standardsMeet individual quality and productivity targetsPrepare financial calculations, modelling and detailed cash flow analysisProactively seek opportunities to create administrative efficiencies & improve internal tools and templatesContribute to effective risk and compliance management through ensuring appropriate measures, controls and activities are taken to fulfil corporate and regulatory compliance. About you
We're looking for someone with:
Minimum 3 years paraplanning experienceProven leadership & stakeholder management skillsWell-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build relationshipsStrong investigate, analysis and problem-solving abilitiesSound understanding of investment principlesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management and organisational skillsStrong attention to detailStrong Excel skills are an advantagePC literate (Word & Excel)Previous experience with XPLAN financial planning softwareExperience in the preparation of investment & strategic reviews including, superannuation consolidation, retirement, personal insurance, structures, taxation, income streams & cash flow modelling desirableAbility to work effectively in a team environment How we work
