About the role We are looking for a team player who has experience in personal injury claims.
You will be supporting 2 highly regarded partners managing public liability, workers compensation, work injury damages and medical negligence claims acting for plaintiffs and defendants/insurers.

As the trusted support for our partners, you will play a key role in the management of litigation in the Supreme Court, District Court, PIC and Federal Court.

Your responsibilities will include:
Administrative support managing plaintiff and defendant personal injury claimsCalendar management, document preparation, and electronic and hard copy file managementCreating, editing and proofreading legal documents, Court documents, subpoena, correspondence, and client reportsArranging medicolegal examinations and preparing letters of instructionAssisting with onboarding clients and completion of client intake formsPreparation of briefs to Counsel and Court BooksScheduling and setting up virtual and in-person meetings and appointmentsCoordinating mediations, conferences, and travel arrangementsGenerating retainer agreements and invoicesE-Court filing.Delivering professional and prompt client service, addressing telephone and email inquiries and requestsHandling sensitive information with discretionBuilding and maintaining working relationships with the key stakeholders in our business, our clients and across our wider administration teamThis is a full-time on-site role in the Sydney CBD in our offices which overlook Hyde Park and Sydney Harbour. We are next to the Sheraton on the Park, near Town Hall and St James Stations and the new Gadigal Metro station.
About you: To be successful in this role our ideal candidate will have:
