Paralegal / Law Clerk - Family Law & Domestic Violence We are a boutique family law firm located in the Brisbane CBD.
Our practice areas include family law, domestic violence, estate law, and mediation.
We are seeking a motivated paralegal for a part-time role (less than 5 days per week).
The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organisational skills.
You must be able to multitask and meet deadlines.
Your general daily duties will include: Preparation of briefs.
Opening files.
Diary and file management.
Liaising with clients.
Answering incoming calls.
Indexing and collating financial documents.
What we are looking for: Experience with Smokeball Legal Software is desirable.
Excellent phone manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to prioritise, multitask, and adopt a proactive approach to your work.
Professional approach and presentation.
