We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our legal team and provide essential support to our lawyers and the business.
We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively and at a fast pace.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and gather relevant information Draft, review and edit legal documents and correspondence Assist with preparing updates to the business on relevant legal issues Manage processes for approval and execution of contracts Maintain and organize electronic legal records and databases Skills and Qualifications: A degree in law is advantageous but not essential Previous experience as a legal assistant or in a similar administrative role within an in-house legal environment is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion About Us: Listed on the New York Stock Exchange, Civeo is a leading global provider of workforce accommodation solutions.
