A well-respected boutique law firm in Burwood (inner West Sydney) seeks a professional candidate to work with a great group of like-minded people. This boutique firm has a close-knit, collegiate environment and is located in a beautiful and convenient location.
No experience required. Training is provided.
What's the role?

Manage ledgers, invoices, and files of car rental companies to ensure that any outstanding debt is collected and correctly reconciled.
Make phone calls and send emails to insurance companies asking them to pay invoices for our clients.
Liaise with stakeholders to resolve customer disputes and ensure correct invoicing.
Provide exceptional customer service with strong negotiation skills for payment arrangements.
Minimise bad debt for the business.

Who are you?

Previous experience in customer service, with an understanding of collections processes.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic.
Ability to meet deadlines and contribute to company accounting initiatives.
Comfortable liaising with a diverse range of business partners across all divisions.
Have an eye for identifying process improvement initiatives.

Pay: $56,574.40 – $94,534.34 per year

8 hour shift.
