About the role This fantastic opportunity is for a motivated, high performing Paralegal to join us on a full time basis or minimum of four days a week.
The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive paralegal and administrative support to the Principals and the wider team of lawyers within the Insurance Litigation team in our Sydney office.This is a pivotal legal support role with varied workload, managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Key duties and responsibilities This role plays a pivotal legal support role and provides for a varied workload. The below responsibilities are included (but not limited to these):
Collating briefs to CounselPreparation and drafting of court documentsLegal ResearchPreparation and review of subpoenasReviewing medical filesEducation & Experience We are interested in candidates who have maintained high academic performance throughout their studies and are motivated and interested to gain expertise and insight into Insurance law. Ideally, you will have:
Genuine interest in insurance law and litigation.
