About the role:
As a key player in our legal operations, you will support a variety of legal and commercial functions, contributing to our mission of delivering affordable and innovative healthcare solutions to millions of Australians. Role & Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to the legal team in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, NDAs, and distribution arrangements.Support corporate governance, intellectual property matters, and adherence to legal standards to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.Conduct thorough legal research on healthcare laws, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks such as TGA and PBS.Prepare and submit regulatory filings and approvals efficiently to meet compliance requirements.Maintain organised legal files and monitor legislative updates to proactively inform the legal team's decisions.Reduce the administrative burden on lawyers by taking ownership of key operational and documentation tasks.Utilise expert-level Microsoft Word and Adobe skills to create, format, and manage professional legal documents with precision. Skills & Experience: Prior experience supporting a legal team is highly advantageous.Law degree or currently studying law.Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations, including TGA and PBS frameworks, is highly advantageous.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Proven ability to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities.Proficiency in legal research tools, document management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced Adobe skills.
