About the Role This exciting fixed-term Paralegal role will see you supporting the Legal Services team, assisting the Deputy General Counsel with a range of legal matters, including complex litigation.
You will manage eDiscovery, ensure accurate record-keeping, and provide essential support throughout all stages of legal proceedings. Additionally, you will source, review and organise legal documents while maintaining efficient case management databases.

Key Responsibilities include: Oversee and prepare eDiscovery for a range of legal matters.Conduct in-depth legal research, presenting findings and drafting detailed memoranda.Review, categorise, and organise legal documents to support case management.Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical assistance to the legal team.Ensure precise record-keeping, database management, and organisation of correspondence.Foster professional relationships by liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.Draft and prepare high-quality legal documents for review.Assist with subpoena and summons processes by gathering and maintaining relevant documentation.About You Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments. With a Certificate IV in Legal Services or equivalent experience, you bring a deep understanding of legal terminology and litigation processes, combined with a strong commitment to professionalism and discretion.
You are a strong communicator, capable of delivering clear and concise advice and documentation. Known for your collaborative approach and unwavering integrity, you build strong relationships with stakeholders while managing your workload independently and effectively meeting deadlines. Your ability to balance competing priorities without compromising quality sets you apart. Experience with eDiscovery software will enhance your contribution to this role.
