In this role you will: Conduct legal research, analyse results, investigate options, and provide recommendations; prepare draft reports and briefings within a project or policy framework.Draft and review legal documents using the existing EPA procedures.Assist in preparation of briefs of evidence and associated court documents.Develop procedure manuals for EPA's paralegal function to support continuous delivery improvements.Skills and experience Experience and a record of achievement providing paralegal services, preferably in Government would be advantageous.A relevant tertiary degree and/or postgraduate qualifications in law is desirable.Knowledge of law and legal procedures applicable to a regulatory agency and understanding of procedural aspects of criminal and civil litigation or ability to quickly gain familiarity with relevant law and procedures.Ability to apply relevant government legislation, regulations, reporting directives, and procedures.Click the "Apply" button to submit your application.
