You will:
Assess instructions and prepare mortgage documentation with precision. Ensure all signed mortgage documents are accurate and compliant. Prepare lender certifications, showcasing your attention to detail. Liaise with clients, solicitors, funders, and external parties to facilitate smooth transactions. Arrange settlements (both paper and PEXA), including preparation of detailed instructions. Review and collate registration documents for registration. Update workflow milestones and systems to ensure efficiency. Law Graduate and Junior Lawyer Roles Step into your legal career with us as a New Graduate or Early-Career Lawyer. In this exciting role, you will:
Process new instructions with direct client contact. Draft lending precedents and manage precedent materials. Provide advice on various aspects of banking and property law. Engage with PEXA across all jurisdictions. Collaborate with and mentor junior staff and paralegals. Skills and Experience - Paralegal As a Paralegal at GML, you'll play a crucial role in our success. We're looking for someone with:
1-2 years' experience as a Conveyancing or Banking Paralegal. Exceptional client relationship skills. Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills. A passion for working with structure, processes, and procedures. Proven ability to manage files from start to finish. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, flexible work approach. The drive to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. Skills and Experience – New Law Graduate and Junior Lawyer If you're completing your practical legal training (PLT) or are within your first three years of admission, this role could be the perfect fit for you! You will need:
