Paralegal / Debt Recovery Clerk

A boutique Sydney CBD commercial litigation and property law firm seeks a law student who has completed 1-2 years of university study in law for a part-time paid paralegal / debt recovery clerk position. Flexible with study commitments.
The position involves assisting the partners and solicitors of the firm with litigation, debt recovery, and property files, on a task-by-task basis, and assistance with administrative matters, Court filings, and deliveries.

The role includes work in the following areas:
Debt recovery and finance litigation;Bankruptcy and corporate insolvencies;Building and construction litigation;Property disputes and litigation;Strata Law disputes.The role requires:
Being self-motivated and capable of working independently;High levels of accuracy and organisational skills;Ability to work within tight timeframes;A hardworking and dedicated approach to practice;Strong knowledge of relevant legislation;Strong academic qualifications.Excellent prospects of advancement for the right individual.
