Paralegal - Commonwealth Secondment

The Role Our client is seeking an engaging Paralegal for an initial period of 6 months to be seconded to a federal government Agency.
This position will require the successful candidate to provide support to a team of lawyers within the Agency's Legal Division and manage general administrative tasks for a busy Practice area.
? The Responsibilities The responsibilities for the role will include: general administrative tasks; diary management; pro-active inbox management; paralegal functions (proofreading and file management); assisting with external legal procurement; advice database searches; and legal research.
? The Requirements Previous use of Commonwealth legal matter management and/or records management software such as LEX, HPE or TRIM is essential.
Previous experience in a federal government department would be highly regarded.
