Whether you're an experienced Paralegal seeking to collaborate with an exceptional team or someone with foundational experience looking to solidify a lasting career as a Paralegal - this could be the role for you!About the roleIn this full-time position, you will support and be supported by an experienced and highly regarded team of senior commercial litigation practitioners, and work alongside the team's director, who is a QLS Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation.Your work day will look a lot like this:Providing exceptional client service (phone, face to face and written correspondence);Assisting to draft legal documents including Affidavits and general correspondence;Filing legal documents with the courts as necessary;Collating and indexing documents for disclosure and briefs;Monthly billing and debtor control.It's OK if experience in some of the areas they are looking to fill are not your strong suit; they are looking for someone who is the right fit with their team. They can and will up-skill you, it's part of their commitment to "growing" the team.About youYou will have a demonstrated understanding of the law, practical experience in a paralegal position, and an interest to progress your career in the Legal sector.Your attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines will be the key to success in this position.
