Lead | Senior Control Systems Engineer
Paragon Talent Solutions, a boutique recruitment organisation in Control Systems Engineering has been engaged to assist an organisation who manufacture, design and deliver electrical and automation solutions to a broad client base.
Due to internal promotions, an opportunity for a Lead Engineer has become available. This is a permanent position that will mainly be focused on heavy industry projects and will offer a fantastic career as well as professional development. The successful candidate will have an element of flexibility to work from home, in our client's office and on site when SAT and commissioning takes place. This position can be based out of any major city in Australia.
The Position
As a Lead | Senior Control Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Taking ownership of customer projects, delivering high quality solutions Functional design of control systems across a range of projects and industries Developing new PLC, SCADA and HMI systems as well as maintaining current ones for client sites Ensure that real-time data is available and that control mechanisms are operating effectively and efficiently for use by system operations and network development Responsible for configuration, acceptance testing, commissioning etc in the field Work closely with new and existing clients to understand their requirements and develop solutions to fit their needs From time to time, you may be required to carry out Project Management tasks including time and budget/financial management Stakeholder engagement Mentoring of Junior Engineer This is an exciting period for my client who are currently very busy and is in high demand from their customers. This position would suit a Control Systems Engineer who is very competent on CitectSCADA | Plant SCADA and happy carrying out the full project lifecycle as well as having plenty of client engagement. The successful candidate will be very competent with SCADA and PLC technologies. A competitive salary of $130K - $145K plus super is available for the successful candidate.
Your Experience
To be considered for these positions, you will possess:
