Join our team and become part of a dynamic environment where your skills can truly shine!Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the panel shop, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to high-quality standards.Manage and support a team of skilled panel beaters, painters and customer service staff.Coordinate repair schedules, manage job allocation and maintain timelines to meet customer expectations.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols and quality standards.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and insurance companies.Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges and discuss opportunities for improvement.Handle administrative tasks, including job costing, invoicing and reporting.Requirements:Previous experience in panel shop management or a related role within the automotive industry is a MUSTStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.In-depth knowledge of panel beating, vehicle repairs and industry standards.Proficiency in job costing, invoicing and reporting.Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.What We Offer:All of our team have a passion for cars so we are seeking a like-minded person to join our team.
