Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking confident and enthusiastic Pallet Repairer to join their client located in Dandenong, in the South East suburbs of Melbourne. Positions are for an immediate start with a rotating roster on Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts.This is initially a casual role with full-time hours, with a view to permanent for the right candidate and in line with operational requirements.The position will involve the repairing of timber pallets with hand tools and power tools, as well as manual handling/labour work. You may also be involved in the wash bay, which consists of washing plastic pallets. Please note the successful candidate must complete a full pre-employment medical.The RoleAssessing and subsequently repairing wooden pallets using a hammer, lever bar, pneumatic nail gun, and grinder;Manual handling up to 10kgs;Basic use of computer navigation systems;Adhering to safety, health & environment policies and procedures.About YouMust be flexible to work across ALL SHIFTS!
