Social : Recognition programs and social events to celebrate our team's achievements About The Opportunity Exciting times here at Milwaukee with our newly constructed Milwaukee Distribution Centre who are looking for an enthusiastic and diligent Pallet Controller to join the team.
The focus of this role is to ensure all pallet movements and transfers adhere to procedures and are accurately reflected in Loscam Online .
Reporting directly to the Inbound/Dispatch Team Manager your day-to-day duties will include: Investigate all pallet rejections and discrepancies ensuring accuracy and achieving resolutions.
Produce operational documents for Milwaukee DC Team Members to deliver their daily tasks accurately and on time.
Work closely with all stakeholders across DC operations to review current processes and instil best practice models for the control of pallet movements.
Two-way transparent open communication to enhance a no surprise culture between all stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all appropriate and applicable WH&S policies and procedures to always ensure a safe working environment.
About YOU To be successful applicant must have 2 years' experience in a pallet control role working within a fast-paced DC/Warehouse environment, a self-motivator with exceptional attention to detail!
In addition, you have the following skills/attributes: Outstanding people and communication skills.
Chep & Loscam control program experience is highly advantageous Ability to work autonomously.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Practical working experience with MS Office package.
