Job Title: Painting Trades Specialist
Fine Brush Coating Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Painting Trades Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working commercially as a painting trades worker and possess a strong understanding of painting techniques and materials.
Key Responsibilities: Apply paint and varnishes to decorate using different brushes, rollers, and spraying equipment.Apply various types of paints, including acrylic, oil-based, and water-based paints.Secure the painting area from damage by laying drop sheets and applying masking tape.Prepare the site for painting by cleaning, sanding, and removing old paint and wallpaper.Requirements: Formal qualifications in painting and decorating (AQF Certificate III) with at least 2 years of practical experience.Ability to work full-time, 38 hours/week, and be available for 7 days a week, including odd hours and weekend shifts.Valid driving license and vehicle.Willingness to travel across Victoria to perform work in urban and regional locations.What We Offer: Competitive salary package of $74,000 plus superannuation.Ongoing training and development opportunities.Chance to develop your career in a well-established company.
