We need a Painter to perform the following responsibilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Paint the interiors of apartments, condos, units, townhouses and other multi-household buildings as required • Work with other construction professionals, such as carpenters, electricians and plumbers, to prepare units for lease • Protect all nearby furnishings and building materials before and during every painting job, including carpets, cabinetry, outlet covers, lighting fixtures and landscaping • Collaborate with other professional painters on larger jobs • Practice self-supervision on small jobs and ensure you complete each project in an efficient, timely manner • Match paint samples for touch-ups and other small projects • Meet with property managers to discuss colour and finish options as well as other design details Appropriate candidate must have the following skills, education and experience: Education : Certificate III or Certificate IV or Diploma Australian Experience : At least 3 + years of Australian Experience OR Overseas Experience : At least 3+ years of Overseas Experience Specialist : Painting Work Rights : Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents will be preferred.
