About The Opportunity Programmed's Property Services department seeks an experienced hands-on Painter Foreperson to join our team based in Bungalow.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business known for providing exceptional painting services to various clients across Australia.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and leadership to the team and providing the timely preparation and painting of nominated customer sites to a high quality.
Nature of position: Full-time.
Location: Cairns Benefits Competitive wages + great employee benefits program Use of vehicle, uniforms, footwear and PPE provided Long-term career potential within an established brand Key Responsibilities Apply paints, sealers, and solvents to the exterior and interior building surfaces such as plaster, sheetrock, concrete and wood Prepare painting surfaces for painting by scraping, filling in the cracks and removing old paint Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment About You To join our team, you will be an experienced Painter who has previously worked in a domestic or commercial environment with a passion for providing quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others.
Additionally, you will have: Trade qualification in painting and decorating preferred but not essential Current driver's license EWP ticket is highly desirable Demonstrate a professional approach in the workplace Excellent customer service skills Execute work that is of a high standard Current satisfactory national police check Working with Children Check About Us Programmed Property Services is a leading provider of painting, signage and grounds maintenance services across a multitude of industries.
