Reliable and Tidy Painting is in search of a highly motivated individual to fill the full-time position of a qualified and skilled Painter working mostly in the Western Suburbs of Brisbane.
Responsibilities: As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch quality and professionalism to our clients as well as contributing to a good natured team environment.. You will undertake a range of painting tasks for mostly residential and commercial buildings as well as some plastering repairs and patching.
As an ideal candidate, you must be able to prepare surfaces for painting; mixing and matching colours.
You must be experienced working in ''Queenslander" style homes and Cottages.
You must also be hardworking, reliable and punctual.
  Requirements: At least 3 years of industry experience.
Painting trade qualification certificte III.
Valid construction induction training card (White Card).
Must be able to sand/strip timber weatherboard homes prior to painting.
Confidence in working at heights using both ladders and A-Frame Trestles.
Spray gun experience is necessary.
Ability to work unsupervised is essential.
Must have all basic hand tools, such as scrapers, roller poles, trays, brushes, rollers, step ladder, cordless drill, etc.  Roll-on texture coating experience an asset.
