With a commitment to delivering exceptional service and offering a diverse range of top-quality products, we are expanding our team to welcome two (2) Part Time Retail Sales Assistants who embody the spirit of being fit *, fun, and fabulous while being project-passionate, to work 28 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to both DIY customers and trade professionals.Assist customers in selecting the right paint and supplies for their projects.Engage with trade customers, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored solutions.Maintain a well-organized and inviting store environment.Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment.Requirements: Fit *, fun, and fabulous personality with a passion for creating positive customer experiences.Unwavering passion for DIY projects and a good understanding of trade customer requirements.Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Previous experience in retail, particularly in a paint or home improvement setting, is advantageous. Industry experience preferred.Working 28 hours per week with availability to work every Saturday and flexibility to cover additional shifts throughout the week.What's in it for you?
