We are now recruiting a Trade Qualified Painter with experience managing a team and the daily running of a Paint Shop, to join our team as the Paint Performance Manager. This is a rare opening at our Banyo site, who have a great team culture!
The main duties include:
Ensuring high quality workmanship in accordance with Repairhub standards.Leading and mentoring a highly skilled team to achieve and maintain required daily targets.Manage appropriate use of material and equipment & ensuring safe working practices.WHAT YOU WILL NEED Be trade qualified as an Automotive Spray Painter or have adequate industry experience.Experience managing and mentoring a team to achieve results is preferable.Appropriate Australian working rights.In return for your commitment to us, you will receive a very attractive salary package, good career outlook and work in a supportive team environment.
