An opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to join our friendly and supportive team. You will be responsible for undertaking a range of administrative and paralegal duties to ensure the effective and efficient running of the law firm. Experience in a professional environment is desired; however, it is not necessary and will be provided to the right candidate. The role will largely be based around CTP motor vehicle accident claims. Key Responsibilities:

Assisting lawyers with preparation of documents, letters, and briefs. Answering incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner. Handling and managing medical appointments. Handling and managing payments. Diary management.

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following key selection criteria:

Strong customer service skills. Strong communication skills. Strong computer and typing skills. Strong attention to detail. Strong numeracy skills. An interest in developing a career in the legal industry. A collaborative and positive approach to your work. Experience with LEAP will be highly regarded though not essential. Experience in Workers Compensation / Personal Injury is highly regarded though not essential. Ability to manage competing priorities and time pressures.
