As a paid media specialist, you'll be given ownership over paid media programs fora small portfolio of clients. Taking ownership of client's campaign management across planning, execution, optimisation, reporting to deliver on growth goals. Position Goals:B2B or Professional B2C experience is essential clients who are Executing strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audiences and budgets.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral that aligns with the brand's tone and positioning.Research and analysing consumer insights to identify target audience segments, preferences, and behaviours.Tracking campaign performance, analysing data and metrics and providing actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimisation.Managing relationships with clients to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.Leveraging digital marketing channels to maximise campaign reach and engagement.Your tasksIdeate and implement comprehensive campaign plans and timelines,ensuring seamless execution and delivery.Collaborate with creative teams to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing assets and ensure timely and cost-effective campaign completion.Implement tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and measure ROI.highlighting the key findings and recommendations.Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and implement strategic adjustments as needed.Budget management and pacing, effectively allocate and pace media spend across the channels that you manage to drive business results.Required skills and qualifications.4+ years' proven experience in Google Ads & Facebook Ads. Planning,executing, optimising campaigns. With a track record of successfullyexecuting marketing campaigns.Experience across key platforms including LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Display Programmatic, TikTok a plus but not required. We will provide training as required.Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance.Proficiency in digital campaign tracking setup, UTM tagging, Google Tag Manager.
