About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Process and Communication Manager.
In this role, you will drive process improvements and enhance internal communication within the organization.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify areas for optimization, streamline operational processes, and ensure effective communication channels are in place.
Key Daily Duties

Develops and documents clear processes for information transmission between departments.
Creates guidelines and standards to improve communication practices.
Facilitates interdepartmental communication and collaboration.
Conducts audits to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in communication.
Implements tools and technologies to enhance communication efficiency.
Trains and supports employees on effective communication practices.
Monitors and evaluates communication metrics to measure effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in process improvement, project management, or a related role.
Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, are essential for the role.
Mandarin communication is also essential.
Experience in managing and implementing communication plans and strategies.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
Proficient in using project management tools and software.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
