The Liaison Nurse group's role is to provide efficient and timely access for patients referred for care by Specialist Clinics. It ensures consistent assessment, triage and management of referrals directed to the acute medical and surgical specialists in accordance with the Specialist Clinics in Victorian Public Hospitals Access Policy. The role provides consultancy and advice to health professionals regarding service availability and referral requirement. Your new division The Clinical Operations Division encompasses acute, allied health, cancer and mental health services.
