Packing Shed Supervisor

The Packing Shed Supervisor will be responsible for the efficient management of the packing shed to ensure all orders are packed out to the highest quality and dispatched on time.
This is a full-time position, working a 4-day week (38 hours).
This position directly reports to the Packing Shed Manager and is responsible for but not limited to the following tasks: Comply with all relevant workplace health and safety, environmental, and food safety regulations, while maintaining high-quality standards. Work closely with the Packing Shed Manager to manage production output, while satisfying seasonal fluctuations and supply and demand Ensure safe and efficient operations by overseeing pre-start checks, enforcing correct PPE usage and maintaining accurate and detailed records for daily production Oversee the efficient packing of produce in line with customer specifications. Lead, supervise, and continuously train the packing shed team to achieve operational goals. Coordinate routine equipment servicing and repairs in collaboration with the maintenance team. About you: Demonstrated experience in a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail, thoroughness and problem-solving skills Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to job specific software interfaces.
