Are looking to start a career as a Packaging/Production worker? This is an opportunity to join a great team based in the Holden Hill area. Our client is a market leader in food manufacturing providing high quality food products to domestic and overseas customers.

The role
General food processing and packaging.
Ensuring product quality through high attention to detail
Assisting other operators to ensure the team completes all production schedules on time
General and periodical plant and equipment cleaning
Completing paperwork accurately, neatly and consistently throughout every shift

This client conducts 24-hour operations, so you must be willing to perform shift work on a weekly rotation.

Week 1: 7:50 am - 4:00 pm
Week 2: 3:50 pm - 12:00 pm
Week 3: 11:50 pm - 8:00 am

What you need

Previous experience as a Production worker in a food manufacturing environment is highly regarded but not essential. You will need to be safety focused, physically fit and able to complete manual tasks.
A great attitude and genuine desire to produce high quality results
Excellent work ethic and a desire to get things done
A desire to learn
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
A willingness to undertake rotating shift work
Able to lift 20kg frequently
