We are seeking an energetic and passionate Property Manager to join our community.
Our School has a vision for the property and facilities to be a place where all parents, staff, and students can commune in a clean and well-maintained environment which they can take pride in.
This role requires a unique blend of servant leadership, diligence, administrative skill, and people management.
This is a permanent full-time position, commencing ASAP.

Management of property and maintenance functions of the school Management of Maintenance and Grounds budget Contractor Management Managing cleaning staff Manage Bus Services Security services Liaising with regulatory bodies Risk management of maintenance staff Master planning & Committee Meetings WHS Gap Analysis improvements Manage Property service for Events, carnivals, etc.
