The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an organised Legal PA Services Manager to manage our PA and TA service lines across APAC. As a global firm with a rapidly growing presence in APAC this role welcomes Sydney or Melbourne based candidates.

Championing collaboration and leadership, this role will manage PA workloads and facilitate new processes and practices to align with our firm-wide strategies and objectives. The successful candidate will play a part in shaping the team's growth, overseeing recruitment processes and induction for the PA and TA service.

Key Areas of Focus Manage PA/TA performance and workloads in line with HR policies Advocate correct document services use, address non-compliance and mitigate issues Handle strategic resource management, headcount changes, budget projections, and business case preparation Oversee PA/TA recruitment and induction, as well as facilitating talent management, development and retention Prepare and distribute statistics, analyse trends, address concerns with a results-driven approach Strengthen PA/TA workforce functioning and foster APAC team collaboration Develop new processes for continuous improvement and regional alignment Candidate summary Experience in a multi-jurisdictional, senior management role ER experience preferred Highly organised with robust prioritisation skills Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Confident communicator and effective team player with strong interpersonal skills Proficient in engaging with diverse audiences and senior stakeholders Excellent written skills with strong attention to detail Brings energy, passion and initiative to the role What makes Pinsent Masons a great place to work?
