The role: ? We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture (HR) Operations Administrator to work within a collaborative People and Culture team nationally to deliver results.
You will play a key role in providing administrative support across various human resources functions including onboarding, employee lifecycle, operations, learning & development, compliance and benefits.
The role requires a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality while supporting People and Culture initiatives.
This role is available in Sydney or Melbourne and is being offered flexibly on a full-time 38hrs per week, or part-time basis, with the option of a minimum 30hrs+ per week spread across four or five weekdays – let us know what works best for you!
(A minimum of 3hrs on Tuesdays and Thursdays required as our peak processing days).
Key responsibilities: Serve as the First point of contact for employee inquiries.
Preparing new employment contracts and variation letters.
Send, track, manage and file new & existing employee documentation.
Ensuring that forms are being fully completed and processes are followed in our HRIS (Zoho).
Consistently reviewing processes and procedures and making suggestions for improvements.
Actively seek improvement opportunities and support team members as directed by senior leadership.
Management of People & Culture invoices.
Handle data entry, maintain accurate records and assist with reporting requests while upholding strict confidentiality standards.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of People & Culture content pages, associated documents and policies on our company intranet (Knight Life).

Degree in HR or related field, ideally with demonstrated experience in a similar role.
Minimum 3 years' experience in HR, Administration, or a HR all-rounder role.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Capability to take ownership and work independently Strong work ethic, teamwork, and professional attitude.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy and to exercise tact and discretion.
Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to manage competing priorities.
