About the Role We have a genuine career opportunity for a driven, professional People and Culture Advisor to join our People Team based on the Gold Coast.
You will provide day to day coaching and support to our dynamic and successful South Coast Radiology (SCR) Group, which incorporates South Coast Radiology and Darling Downs Radiology.

Reporting to the State P&C Manager - Queensland, you will be part of our IDX Group QLD People team which also consists of the State P&C Manager, P&C Officer, and two Talent Acquisition Coordinators.
This role works closely with the local SCR management team to support multiple radiology sites and contribute to the strategic People & Culture initiatives and projects.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Investigate and conduct meetings for incidents & human resource issuesActive involvement in People Meetings with SCR leadership teamManagement of Workcover claimsGeneral P&C admin including vacancy updates, head count reporting, internal transfersParticipate in recruitment selectionCulture engagement activities to continue to grow and foster the SCR CultureCoaching of leaders on human resource objectivesCulture, engagement & wellbeing activities - we love to celebrate our people!Be mentored in Industrial Relations & People & Culture matters by State ManagerNo Payroll, no travel booking, no WHS - it's genuine HR role!About You Passion for healthcare where you will want to truly make a differenceGeneralist in a P&C advisor experience or similar & hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Human ResourcesEmployee relations knowledge and application of both Federal and State Industrial Relations legislation and contemporary HR practices.Coach and develop strong, positive working relationships with organisational leadersHR policies and procedures - experience in development, analysing and reviewingExercise good judgement to handle matters with accuracy, consistency, confidently, courteously and discretelyInterpersonal skills which are highly developed with an ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people internally and externallyTakes initiative with a positive approach to champion continuous improvement.HCM experience preferable Sage and/or WorkdayBenefits, Culture and Well-Being! Offering Full time hours based at Varsity Lakes Head office on the Gold Coast as well as some flexibility to work remotely.
This role also requires occasional travel to Toowoomba to support our Darling Downs Radiology practice.
