Job Description
The Role
Location: The Vantage, Ascot and Belmont Park Racecourse
Role Overview: The Ownership Liaison Officer is dedicated to managing The Vantage venue at Ascot and Belmont Park Racecourse, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for owners and trainers. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall experience for our valued members of the racing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Reception: Warmly greet owners and trainers upon their arrival at The Vantage, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Communication: Effectively communicate with owners and trainers, addressing their needs and providing necessary information to enhance their experience.
Customer Service: Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, making every guest feel like an integral part of the racing community.
Operational Support: Assist at the check-in counter and collaborate with a small team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
About You
Exceptional customer service skills are essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of the racing industry
Ability to liaise effectively with event personnel (hospitality providers, guests, sponsors, supporters, partners, Club stakeholders, industry stakeholders)
Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders
