What's the opportunity?

Subaru Australia is looking for an Ownership Experience Specialist to join our team and help deliver the best ownership journey for Subaru customers.
Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Develop and implement Subaru's Reputation and Mystery Shop programs to enhance dealership performance and customer training.
Leverage customer insights to drive satisfaction, retention, and advocacy through ownership engagement programs, including managing Subaru's Roadside and Map Update services.
Monitor customer retention and service standards, collaborating on ownership events and projects with Marketing.
Ensure service standards and data quality are maintained across the network while managing contracts and expenditures for ownership programs.

About you:

You have experience in a similar role, with a passion for customer-centricity.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
You are detail-oriented with excellent organizational and planning skills.
You can work autonomously and possess solid business acumen.
Automotive industry experience is a plus, as is familiarity with systems like SAP and Salesforce.
