As our OSHC Manager, you will have the chance to lead with creativity and inspire others. You will take charge of developing and implementing a diverse and engaging program tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. Setting and maintaining exemplary standards of practice throughout the service will be a key focus, and you'll play a crucial part in shaping young lives by establishing daily routines, setting appropriate boundaries, and encouraging positive behavior.
Being a central figure in the school community, you will build and maintain strong, positive relationships with school leaders and families, creating a warm and supportive environment for everyone involved.
