Role Purpose Capricorn's Sales Delivery Representative perform outbound calls and emails to potential and current Members and Suppliers to quantify them as sales leads, close out and transition from prospect to new Member for Area Managers and Supply Account Managers.
Working closely with these roles, the Sales Delivery Officers will promote awareness of Capricorn Society services and products with the ultimate goal of increased share of wallet.
Skills, Knowledge and Attributes • Intermediate skill in the use of Microsoft Office Software Suite; • Exposure to basic accounting principles (desirable); • Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities; • Demonstrated sales skills in a call centre environment; • Ability to multi-task updating systems whilst conversing over the phone.
Experience • 2 years' experience within a Sales and Service oriented role; • Previous experience using CRM systems; • Previous experience in an outbound sales role highly desirable.
Qualifications • Completion of Year 10 High School Certificate or equivalent preferred; • Customer Service Certificate (desirable).
