*Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply* JOB SUMMARY : Our Sales Development Representative is an outbound appointment setting specialist who schedules consultation between sales staff and prospective clients and ensures quality leads are built in the sales pipeline.
Initially a contract based role, we will consider turning it into a full time position based on the performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Drive revenue growth by scheduling introductory meetings with target accounts and key decision-makers Conduct in-depth research to develop new and existing accounts through consistent outbound calling and strategic email outreach Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our services to articulate how we can support clients in achieving their revenue goals sustainably Use effective communication skills to collaborate with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams Build rapport and connect with each prospect.
Use consultative selling approach Keeping a detailed log of messages & conversation on CRM, including those which were not answered Follow-up with qualified contacts that did not book appointments KEY QUALIFICATIONS : Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, sales representative, or similar will be advantageous.
