We are seeking Tyre Fitters for permanent 4 day week positions in Sydney. Also options for 9 day fortnight or regular 5 day week Mon-Fri.
If you are an experienced and qualified OTR Tyre Fitter, join a global business and expand your abilities. Also Trainee option, earn while you learn and become fully qualified OTR Tyre Fitter. The Opportunity Mon-Fri role. Enjoy every weekend at home 8, 9 or 10 day fortnight (4/3, 5/2/4/3 or 5/2) Permanent full-time position - competitve hourly rate Overtime available at 'time and a half' or 'double time' Career development within the global Bridgestone business 5 days extra leave every year after 2 years of employment An extra 5 days leave as a one off at each 5 year employment milestone Health checks / free flu shots Product discounts on Bridgestone Tyres Additional benefits & staff discounts The Role Diagnose and troubleshoot tyre / wheel / rim damage and wear Deliver service in accordance with industry best practice Support your Supervisor to provide a quality service to BMSA customers Ensure all work documentation is accurate, correct and signed off Comply with BMSA and customer site policies and procedures About You - Essential Qualified OTR (Off The Road) Tyre Fitter or relevant experience High Risk Forklift ticket (or ability to obtain) Strong commitment to safety of yourself and others Able to work unsupervised and in a team Current work rights in Australia About You - Preferred Trade qualifications and/or mechanical aptitude Exposure to the mining, quarries, earthmoving, heavy forklifts or ports Join a global leader and access product discounts and training opportunities.
